 Terms of Service for Art Commissions


1. Agreement to Terms

By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your commission.

2. Commission Process


Note:
- All commission requests must be submitted through X (Twitter) or email.
- Visual references and written references are fine (but Visual references are more preferable).
 

3. Payment

- Payment method:
+ Paypal - Friend and Family only
+ In case you cannot pay with Friend and Family, please pay the additional transaction fee that may occur.
+ If you have a Vietnamese bank account, please kindly contact me for the payment information.

- Deposit:
+ Commissions that are under 15$, please kindly pay 100% in the 1st payment.
+ Commissions that are over 15$, please kindly pay at least 50-80% in the 1st payment. You can pay the remaining amount in the 2nd payment.
 
Note:
- I will only start working on the commission once I receive the 1st payment. In case your transaction is being on hold, please understand and kindly work with Paypal to release this payment.

4. Timeline:

- Timeline: Since I have a full time job so the estimated delivery time will be about 1-8 weeks depending on the types of commission. If you need your commission to be finished before a certain date, please inform me so I can prioritize your commission first

- Format: Final artwork will be delivered in PNG via email.

5. Copyright and Usage

- I retain rights to the artwork and what I do with it.
- Clients are granted permission to use the artwork for personal use, including display on social media, with appropriate credit given.
- Commercial use or resale of the artwork requires permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

- Clients must provide accurate information and timely feedback during the commission process.
- Any changes requested after the approval of the sketch may incur additional charges.

7. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of art commissions, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a commission has been confirmed and work has begun. By commissioning artwork, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

8. Cancellations

- Clients may cancel their commission request prior to the start of work.
- If work has begun, the deposit will be forfeited.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

Refund Policy

No Refund Policy:

All art commissions are final and non-refundable once confirmed. This policy is in place due to the personalized nature of commissioned artwork. By proceeding with your commission, you acknowledge that you understand and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
